A word from Cave de France: An exceptional Rye Whiskey, rare and highly sought after by collectors. Whistle Pig is a young distillery, founded in 2008 by Dave Pickerell on his Vermont farm, which distinguishes itself by its commitment to excellence. Production is therefore limited in volume, strictly sourced from Whistle Pig's own land, each batch is numbered, aging is for a minimum of 10 years, and always in oak barrels from the property.
Powerful and generous, WhistlePig 10 Year Old is dominated by aromas of rye, caramel, and spices, complemented by subtle notes of citrus, an orange zest, and a hint of lemon. Undoubtedly one of the best Rye Whiskeys we have ever tasted... if not the best!
