A word from Cave de France: Kosher version of the famous Whispering Angel, certified KP (Kosher for Passover), non-Mevushal (meaning it has not undergone the Mevushal process).
It is produced using the same basic methods as the non-kosher version: a blend of typical Provence grape varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle (Vermentino), sometimes Syrah and Mourvèdre, and aging in stainless steel tanks.
The color is very clear, pale pink with salmon reflections, limpid. The nose reveals aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, lime), some floral notes and sometimes a herbaceous touch or garrigue. On the palate, the attack is lively, the freshness is very present, with a mineral tension, well-supported ripe fruits, a fine and elegant finish, no bitterness.

An emblematic rosé produced by Château d'Esclans in Provence, created in 2006 by Sacha Lichine, Whispering Angel quickly gained an international reputation and is today considered one of the most famous rosés in the world.
Whispering Angel is conceived as an accessible yet refined rosé, which can be easily enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal. Its finesse and constant quality have made it a wine synonymous with the Mediterranean art of living and chic conviviality, appreciated both in France and internationally.

A few words about Château d'Esclans: Château d'Esclans is a prestigious Provençal wine estate, in the heart of the Côte de Provence region. A historic place, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, it became particularly famous in contemporary times thanks to the production of high-end rosé wines.
Since its acquisition in 2006 by entrepreneur and oenologist Sacha Lichine, the château has undergone a significant transformation.
