A word from Cave de France: We discovered Bellevoye Whiskies at the very beginning of their creation, and immediately saw the success of this French Whisky, which has become in just a few years one of the most emblematic whiskies of the "French touch". Offered with its magnificent 1950s-inspired case, Bellevoye BLANC is a real gem. Both soft and powerful, with very elegant aromas of small white flowers and gourmet fruits, and always that persistent and pleasant finish for which Distillerie Les Bienheureux holds the secret!
A word from Distillerie Les Bienheureux: Primary ageing: three to eight years in oak barrels. Secondary ageing: six months post-blending in grand cru Sauternes barrels.
The nose reveals a wide aromatic palette. Notes of dried fruit mingle with notes of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, ginger) and acacia honey.
The palate is gourmet. It has the flavour of a ripe and juicy fruit.
The finish is accompanied by notes of almond and hazelnut.
BELLEVOYE is named after a road, not always traced, a path that we glimpse and which carries afar the promise of dawn, of a meeting at the crossroads of visions, and a destination in the form of a dream.
This dream, Jean and Alexandre built it around their conviction, that of believing in the strength of their culture and their country: France.
