This still dry white (without bubbles) has quietly aged in our cellar for many years, now revealing all its complexity.
Lively, subtly lemony, mineral with a fine acidity, it develops lovely aromas of white-fleshed fruit, quince, citrus... A little wonder, one of those gems that give Loire great wines all their prestige.
