Wisely laid on laths for 24 months, this lovely sparkling wine required no dosage. It is delicate and appealing, with a beautiful minerality.
Damien Pinon has been managing his estate since 2006, focusing on sustainable viticulture. After obtaining HVE 3 certification and with his extensive experience in the field, the winemaker decided to convert his entire vineyard to organic farming.
This Vouvray will perfectly accompany shellfish and all your cocktail parties and festive moments!
A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKER: Appetizing nose of ripe yellow fruits. The palate is round but not sweet. The finesse of the bubbles enhances the wine's delicacy.
