A word from Cave de France: On the banks of the Loire, at the gates of Tours, it is said that a good Vouvray is better than a bad Champagne! Here is indeed a very good Vouvray... Wisely aged on laths for 24 months, this lovely bubbly required no dosage. It is delicate and appealing, with a beautiful minerality.
Damien Pinon has been managing his estate since 2006 with a focus on sustainable viticulture. After obtaining HVE 3 certification and with extensive experience in the field, the winemaker chose to convert his entire vineyard to organic farming.
This Vouvray will perfectly accompany shellfish and all your aperitif dinners and festive occasions!
A WORD FROM THE WINEGROWER: Alluring nose of ripe yellow fruits. The palate is round but not sweet. The finesse of the bubbles enhances the wine's delicacy.
