The wine is dry and mineral, but develops an astonishing aromatic palette, made of exotic fruits and citrus, with lemon dominating.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood, fish in sauce, grilled sardines.
The Estate's note: The wine has a straw-yellow color. The fresh and airy nose opens with citrus notes of lemon and green mango, with perceptible underlying coral minerality. The attack is frank, the wine on the palate is expressive and complex, with citrus notes on the retro-olfaction. Coral notes are felt in the mouth, giving way to a long finish with beautiful minerality and freshness.
