A word from the winemaker: The local Pineau d'Aunis grape variety displays its lightly salmon-colored hue, described as "partridge or roach eye." The wine is lively thanks to its invigorating acidity and offers typical and subtle notes of pepper, spices, and red fruits.

Light and fresh for an aperitif, certainly, but make no mistake, this cuvée generously accompanies rillettes, cold cuts, and finely spiced grilled meats.
