Perfectly peppery, lively, and delicious, it will perfectly accompany charcuterie, white meats, well-aged goat cheeses, or even the "Petit Trôo", a delicious cow's milk cheese from the Côteaux-du-Vendômois appellation.
The winemaker's note: This red wine with a light color and spicy nuances comes from the emblematic grape variety of the Loir Valley: Pineau d'Aunis. It is light, fine, crisp, with peppery notes and sour cherry aromas.
