AOC Martinique Rum - 70cl 43° Trois Rivières Agricultural Rum, pure cane juice
CAVE DE FRANCE'S NOTE: Trois Rivières Double Wood is part of the "Les Éditions du Bar by Trois Rivières" collection, a range designed for mixology. This Martinique agricultural rum is aged in two types of casks: first in French oak casks, then in American oak casks, hence its name "Double Wood". The nose is dominated by woody and spicy notes with a touch of vanilla and dried fruit. The palate is rich and balanced, with aromas of caramel, spices and a slight oak influence. The finish is smooth and persistent, with a beautiful roundness. While initially designed for cocktails, Trois Rivières Double Wood can also be enjoyed neat. It offers a beautiful complexity while remaining accessible.
