Pacherenc - Côtes de Gascogne - Bonnezeaux
1 - Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh - Sweet white wine 75cl
100% Petit Menseng
Château Laffitte Teston - Rêve d'Automne 2020
HVE certified
Cave de France's note: Rêve d’Automne is a sweet Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh of great finesse. Almost exclusively made from Petit Manseng, it comes from late harvests carried out in several passes, sometimes until early December, to gather grapes at peak ripeness, close to jam. Its luminous straw-yellow color announces a refined nose, expressing vanilla, apricot, and gingerbread notes of beautiful intensity. The palate, ample and smooth, unfolds aromas of peach, currants, and dried fruits, while maintaining a remarkable balance between sweetness, freshness, and structure. Served at 7–9 °C, this wine reveals all its gourmandise and can be kept for at least six years, with some vintages easily reaching a decade of aging.
2 - Tariquet Dernières Grives 2020
Sweet white wine 75cl
Petit Manseng
Côtes-de-Gascogne 2023
HVE certified
Cave de France's note: Tariquet's superior sweet white wine from Gascony. Imagine the last thrushes of the year, competing with humans for the overripe grapes laden with natural sugar, before flying off to distant lands.
Equivalent to a late harvest, this sweet (one could say luscious) wine is an absolute delight: a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, gourmet aromas of candied fruits, spices, and an aging potential equal to that of a great Sauternes... this delicious nectar will ideally accompany fruit salads, chocolate lava cakes, Tatin tarts, or aperitifs with friends.
3 - Bonnezeaux Domaine Le Mont - Louis et Claude Robin
Sweet white wine from the Loire - 75cl
100% Chenin
Domaine Le Mont - 2023 Vintage
The Winemakers' note: Bonnezeaux Domaine Le Mont is a sweet wine with honeyed aromas, evolving into a blend of candied fruits, caramel, and spices. Powerful on the palate, Bonnezeaux offers a good balance between sweetness and vivacity. It can be enjoyed with foie gras, fish in sauce, blue cheeses, and desserts.
Our Bonnezeaux boasts a deep, golden-yellow color.
With age, it develops coppery reflections. Its nose is quite pronounced, especially when young, developing aromas of honey and orange peel. It then evolves into an aromatic complexity with a blend of dried fruits, stewed apricot, caramel, exotic fruits, with a spicy touch.
On the palate, you will be surprised by its power and opulence. Slightly unctuous, it is perfectly balanced between sweetness and vivacity.
