A word from the winemaker: Our Tavel 2023 was obtained through a short cold maceration (around 24 hours). The grape varieties were vinified separately with the greatest care, each bringing its own typicality: Grenache brings richness and fruitiness; Cinsault brings finesse and length; Syrah and Mourvèdre, finally, in addition to a beautiful color and red fruit aromas, slowly develop to give the wine excellent longevity.
In summer, our Tavel is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif. It pairs wonderfully with white meats and fresh cheeses and particularly enhances Provençal specialties (Brandade, tapenade, etc.), Provençal and Asian cuisine. To best appreciate the qualities of our Tavel, it is recommended to serve it between 12° and 14°C
