A word from Cave de France: This famous sweet white wine is produced in Gascony by Domaine du Tariquet, owned by the Grassa family. The Premières Grives cuvée is made from grapes harvested late, at the arrival of the first thrushes, hence its name. This wine is distinguished by its yellow color with golden reflections and its exotic and gourmet aromas on the palate. It is characterized by great freshness that invigorates the whole, with a finish of fresh grape notes.
This beautiful white wine from the Southwest is ideal to accompany aperitifs, a good foie gras, or fruity desserts.
A word from Maison Tariquet: The famous sweet wine from Domaine de Tariquet!
Enjoy as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue cheeses, desserts, and fruit salads... the character is exotic and gourmet. A round, structured, rich wine, with great freshness that invigorates the whole. An immediate moment of happiness, a truly balanced sweet wine leading to a fresh grape finish!
"It's a wine that slips between two sensations. That of an enticing creaminess delivered by a contained strength. It is received as a daring pleasure, designed to trigger an unexpected thrill. It immediately calls to reproduce this surprise effect, to indulge in its company. It's a wine that should be drunk in moderation, but by leaving one's reason aside." Alain Aviotte, Food critic.
Serve chilled. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, during meals, with foie gras, white meats. It will surprise with blue cheeses... to be savored with all desserts...
