A word from Cave de France: Made from a blend of wheat and barley grains, this Blend benefits from an initial maturation of seven years in Scotland in old bourbon casks, giving it structure and depth. It is then brought back to France for a three-month refinement in oak casks that previously contained cognac, which brings an additional dimension of aromatic richness.
Un-chillfiltered, with a naturally obtained color and guaranteed without added sugar, this whisky reveals an authentic and expressive profile. It seduces with its notes of blond tobacco and prune, enhanced by toasted nuances that enrich its bouquet. The palate is both gourmet and dry, offering a beautiful roundness supported by woody accents. The delicately spiced finish prolongs the pleasure with elegance and character.

Seven Yards is a blended whisky of Scottish inspiration. Its name pays homage to one of Jérôme Tessendier's first visits to the partner distillery in Scotland: he was struck by the impressive height of the cellars, where casks are stacked up to seven levels—about seven yards. This strong image naturally imposed itself to name this blend.
