Sancerre white 75cl
100% Sauvignon
Domaine des Brosses 2024

A word from Cave de France: The Domaine des Brosses vineyard, owned by Alain Girard, benefits from a unique terroir, with limestone and clay-limestone soils that contribute to the wine's minerality and complexity.
Among the great Sancerres, this cuvée from Domaine des Brosses is characterized by aromas of white-fleshed fruits (such as pear and apple), citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), as well as floral and slightly herbaceous notes.
On the palate, the lovely nectar is dry, lively and balanced, with good acidity.
In general, Sancerre white pairs well with seafood, fish, goat cheese (especially the famous Crottin de Chavignol from the same region), as well as salads and light dishes.
We have had the pleasure of offering this reference to our customers for nearly 15 years, always with extremely positive feedback.

A word from the winemaker: Aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, supple and fresh on the palate marked by the minerality of the terroir.
Food and wine pairing: Crottin de Chavignol, fish, oysters and shellfish, white meats. Ageing potential: 5 years.
Domaine des Brosses, located in Veaugues, has been a family farm since 1970. It was taken over in 2007 by Nicolas Girard, who now cultivates 18 ha in AOC Sancerre, Menetou Salon and Quincy. We produce over 100,000 bottles each year from traditional and sustainable farming practices.
