A word from Cave de France: This superb Saint-Véran (and I stand by the adjective!) has been a real success in the cellar since we selected it. Finely buttery, long on the palate, delicate while having a strong personality, we offer it with a multitude of fish or white meat dishes. Domaine de la Pierre des Dames has once again surprised us with the excellence of this wine, and its quality/price ratio.
A word from the winemakers: Made from cuvées aged 50% in oak barrels, this Saint Véran is the result of a subtle blend of aromatic persistence and delicacy.
Food and wine pairings: This multifaceted cuvée will wonderfully accompany aged cheeses as well as langoustines and grilled fish.
