A word from Cave de France: Full-bodied and silky smooth, subtly spicy. A Saint-Emilion with a fine, almost "airy" character, fresh, while maintaining a good tannic generosity. A subtle wine, which can accompany both red and white meats, and various cheese platters.
The estate covers approximately 24 hectares and benefits from a typical regional terroir, with clay-limestone and clay-sandy soils.
Château Yon Saint Christophe stands out for its accessibility while remaining typical of the Saint-Émilion appellation, and is highly appreciated for its excellent value for money.
A WORD FROM THE CHÂTEAU: Dark color, intense nose of spices, tobacco, full and fleshy on the palate. Spicy vanilla notes, tannic finish with good aging potential.
Drink with leg of lamb or roast beef.
Aging potential 5 to 10 years.
