The vineyard of lower Languedoc is bathed in sunshine, swept by the Mistral and Tramontane winds, a climate that brings a formidable structure to these Mediterranean wines. The color is clear, salmon-pink, the seductive nose evokes lychee, guava, peach... the palate is delicate, without acidity, then comes redcurrant, small red fruits. A rosé of pleasure, even pure happiness!
We imagine it gracing the ice bucket on a summer table, by the sea or the pool! Grilled dishes are welcome, from lamb chops with herbs de Provence, or simply an aperitif with friends. Cheers!
