All work is done by hand. The lunar calendar dictates our tasks. In the cellar, fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts and we avoid the use of sulfur as much as possible. Our 17 hectares are worked according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture (winemakers' notes).
