A word from Cave de France: FAIR is a very special production in the world of Rums. The juices used in its composition come from the Belize cooperative, employing no fewer than 6,000 small local producers, making it a fair trade certified rum.
Aged 5 years in American oak barrels, this XO, with its herbaceous profile, is powerful on the palate, with sublime chocolate notes.
Its aromatic complexity is impressive; exotic fruits, citrus fruits, apricot, spices, white flowers... and always that persistent cocoa note that envelops the whole with an absolutely remarkable length.
