A WORD FROM EMINENTE: Eminente Reserva is a new type of rum made from 70% aged aguardientes, the highest proportion of any rum from its region. Inspired by 19th-century Caribbean rums, with its full body and rich aromas, our master blender brings complexity to it through the art of blending these aguardientes (or Cuban cane brandies).
César Martí, Master Blender, learned his craft from his grandparents, raised in the endless sugarcane fields. Rich in this family passion, he chose to dedicate his career to the study, transmission, and evolution of expertise in order to produce exceptional rums. After completing his studies in physics and engineering, César Martí achieved the prestigious status of the youngest Maestro Ronero in his country in just nine years. A feat still unmatched today.
