A note from Cave de France: Château Puech-Haut's Cuvée Tête de Bélier Blanc is an elegantly crafted white wine that rivals the best white wines of Southern France. It combines the aromatic richness typical of Mediterranean grape varieties with a freshness and finesse that make it both complex and pleasant to taste.
The nose is expressive and complex, with aromas of white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear), floral notes (white flowers, acacia), and nuances of vanilla, hazelnut, and brioche due to barrel aging.

The palate is full and unctuous, with a beautiful liveliness that balances the wine's richness. There are flavors of ripe fruit, slightly buttery notes, and a mineral touch on the finish that adds length and elegance.

This white wine pairs perfectly with seafood dishes such as grilled fish, scallops, langoustines, or shellfish. It is also excellent with poultry in a creamy sauce or soft, aged cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
It can also accompany more elaborate dishes such as truffle risotto or veal blanquette.

A note from Château Puech-Haut: "The renown of Château Puech-Haut is no accident. A Château, a Vineyard, people, and a unique history that produce exceptional vintages every year."

Nestled between the sparkling Mediterranean shores and the majestic Cévennes foothills, the estate spans over one hundred and fifty hectares of enchanting landscapes. The château, built on solid foundations, benefits from an exceptional climate, the passion of its artisans, and fertile land dotted with rolled pebbles, testifying to its unique geological history.

Through each bottle of wine, not only exquisite flavors but also distinct personalities and the richness of an exceptional terroir are revealed and shared. The wines of Château Puech-Haut are thus imbued with history and possess a singular identity, marked by a strong and authentic character. Each sip tells the story of a land, a tradition, and the people who cultivate it with love and expertise.
