Provence Rosé - 75cl X 6
Caladoc, Merlot
Domaine Kennel 2024
Sustainable farming
A word from Cave de France: A gourmet rosé, light and very approachable, both fruity and pleasant. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness, and the juice is pressed immediately. The nose expresses aromas of peach and verbena, while on the palate, there is a fruity roundness accompanied by subtle minerality.
It is an easy-drinking wine, ideal as an aperitif or for convivial moments.
Its name, Tui, evokes a joyful, soft, and easy-to-remember sound: a nod to the Provençal nickname given to the cypress, an emblematic tree of the estate. At the Kennel family, the cypress is almost a tutelary symbol, embodied by their majestic千年 specimen and its young offspring affectionately named Tui.
Through this cuvée, the estate thus celebrates permanence, transmission, and adaptability, values dear to their history and their terroir.
Domaine Kennel is a family vineyard located in Pierrefeu-du-Var, in the Var region.
It spans approximately 38 hectares of vines, on an alluvial terroir at the foot of the village, benefiting from excellent sunshine and soils rich in sediments.
The history of the estate is ancient: the property was once a dependency of the Abbey of Saint-Victor de Marseille for several centuries, before being acquired by the Kennel family in 1932.
Starting in 2005, the Kennel family began converting to biodynamics, affirming a commitment to respecting nature, soils, biodiversity, and grape quality.
The vineyard is crossed by two streams (the Rémin and the Farembert) which contribute to the freshness of the site and promote biodiversity and plant balance.
