A word from the Estate: A historic family from the village of Solutré-Pouilly, the Rendaud family produces Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru, Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and various Mâcon wines.
Exceptional terroir:
Pouilly-Fuissé "Vieilles Vignes" wine is a blend of approximately 15 plots.
These vines are all at least 65 years old and produce a rich and concentrated wine, which requires aging for approximately 18 months.
A precise, powerful wine with hazelnut and almond aromas.
Aging:
Pouilly-Fuissé "Vieilles Vignes" can be drunk from the first year, but it is highly recommended to wait a few years.
This wine will develop aromas of quince, peach, candied fruits...
A good compromise that both amateurs and novices can enjoy!

Pouilly-Fuissé "Vieilles Vignes" pairs very well with starters, main courses, and simple cheeses.
