A word from the Estate: An historic family originally from the village of Solutré-Pouilly, the Rendaud family produces Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru, Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and various Mâcon wines.
Exceptional terroirs:
The Pouilly-Fuissé "Vers Cras" wine comes from 3 plots on the Vers Cras plateau, which are equally distributed across the villages of Pouilly and Fuissé. The wines produced are pure, taut, saline, tight upon release, and profound. The Pouilly-Fuissé "Vers Cras" wine is a powerful and persistent brut wine.
Aging:
The Pouilly-Fuissé "Vers Cras" wine can be drunk from the first year, but it is strongly advised to wait a few years. This wine will open up over time. Be patient!

Pouilly-Fuissé "Vers Cras" pairs very well with elaborate seafood, or simply to share among lovers of great wines.
