La Vendimia is designed to offer an accessible and modern approach to Rioja, with winemaking that prioritizes freshness and fruit.
After partial whole-cluster maceration, the wine is aged for about four months in tanks and oak barrels, which gives it a supple structure and beautiful harmony.
La Vendimia captivates with its brilliant ruby color and expressive nose of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it displays a round and juicy texture, with well-integrated acidity and fine tannins, offering a fruity and pleasant finish. This wine is ideal for immediate consumption and pairs perfectly with grilled meats, cured meats, or aged cheeses.
Bodegas Palacios Remondo is located in Alfaro, in the Rioja Baja region, and is part of the family group led by Álvaro Palacios, an iconic figure in Spanish wine. The estate was founded in 1945 by his father, and Álvaro joined the operation in the 1980s, bringing an innovative vision and a particular focus on grape quality. Under his leadership, Bodegas Palacios Remondo has distinguished itself by its respectful approach to the terroir and its desire to produce wines that reflect the unique identity of Rioja Baja.
