A word from Cave de France: This Morgon is produced by a couple of winemakers who have been practicing sustainable agriculture since 1992. The HVE label recognizes their efforts in this regard. The harvest is 100% manual. The wine reveals a deep ruby color, it is fleshy, luscious, developing aromas of various fruits, small black berries, cherry, plum, peach... A friend of cheese platters, this powerful Morgon will pair very well with beef. The winemakers also recommend it with Coq au Vin!
