A word from Cave de France: An innovative champagne designed to be served with ice cubes, a characteristic that distinguishes it from other traditional champagnes.
Demi-sec with a higher sugar dosage, which gives it a balanced sweetness, Moët & Chandon ICE offers a rich aromatic profile, with notes of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, guava, accompanied by nuances of stone fruits, like peach, and touches of mint and citrus zest.
Ideally served in a large glass with 3 ice cubes. It can also be accompanied by ingredients such as mint leaves, orange zest or red fruits to intensify the tasting experience.

A word from Moët & Chandon House:
Ice Impérial was specifically created to be served with ice cubes. For this, it stands out for its fruity intensity, its richness on the palate and its final freshness.
The profiles of the wines used for the blend were meticulously selected for their specific contribution. Pinot Noir, vinous and angular, brings the intensity of the fruit as well as the integrative structure of the dosage. Pinot Meunier, round and fleshy, provides richness and a melting heart on the palate. The sharp acidity of Chardonnay offers a refreshing final touch.
The color is a deep gold, adorned with amber nuances.
The aromatic intensity is immediate thanks to the alliance of tropical fruits and ripe stone fruits. Sweet spices as well as fine vegetal notes and red fruits then add to and sublimate this blend.
The attack on the palate is ample and fleshy, the richness unfolds in an explosion of fruity and sweet flavors, then the acidity reveals itself for a refreshing finish with notes of grapefruit, ginger and quinine.

Toujours selon moi, on revient avec le demi-sec à l'origine du Champagne avant qu'il ne devienne un "vin" (le BRUT) d'accompagnement de tout le repas...
