A word from Moët & Chandon: Ice Impérial was specifically created to be served with ice. For this, it stands out for its fruity intensity, richness on the palate, and a fresh finish.
The profiles of the wines used for the blend were meticulously selected for their specific contribution. Pinot Noir, vinous and angular, brings the intensity of the fruit as well as the integrating structure of the dosage. Pinot Meunier, round and fleshy, provides richness and a melt-in-the-mouth feel. The sharp acidity of Chardonnay offers a refreshing final touch.
The color is a deep gold, adorned with amber nuances.
The aromatic intensity is immediate thanks to the combination of tropical fruits and ripe stone fruits. Sweet spices as well as fine vegetal notes and red fruits are then added to sublimate this blend.
The attack on the palate is ample and fleshy, the richness unfolds in an explosion of fruity and sweet flavors, then the acidity reveals itself for a refreshing finish with notes of grapefruit, ginger, and quinine.
