A WORD FROM CAVE DE FRANCE: A superb French single malt produced in Alsace by the Miclo distillery. Distilled from local malted barley and aged in oak casks that previously held Sauternes, it develops a rich and gourmet aromatic palette. Its aging in sweet wine casks gives it elegant notes of honey, dried apricot, and candied fruit, balanced by a vanilla touch and a slight woody roundness. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, a beautiful sweetness, and a persistent finish marked by aromas of golden raisins and subtle spices.
A word from the Distillery: The ''Pays Welche'' is located in Alsace, on the foothills of the Vosges mountains. It is here that for three generations, we have been distilling our brandies and whiskies. Rich and aromatic, this Single Malt presents a complex nose of honeyed flowers and caramelized notes. Its silky palate reveals honeyed aromas, dried flowers, and dried fruits. Aged in Sauternes casks.
