A word from the Estate: A historic family originally from the village of Solutré-Pouilly, the Rendaud family produces Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru, Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and various Mâcons.
Exceptional Terroirs:
"Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly" is a regional appellation with a village name, making it one of the highest quality Mâcons.
Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly was born on the lands of Pouilly-Fuissé. It is either less well exposed or on slopes less favorable to sunlight, and above all, it has only been planted since the 1980s. This wine, from vines perched on the Mont de Pouilly, produces fine, distinguished, and mineral wines with citrus and zest notes. A wine perfectly suited for seafood and sophisticated appetizers.
Aging:
Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly is a wine to be drunk young to retain its flattering and fruity aromas.
Food Pairings:
Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal.
