Irish Gin 50cl - 43°
Best Irish Gin 2016/2017
A word from Cave de France: Pat Rigney, an iconoclastic and ingenious Irish distiller, created his collection of Gins inspired by the Celtic legend of the "Drumshanbo" (a mysterious animal, half antelope, half hare). A meaningful idea, because this Gin also combines very different horticultural characters: Angelica, typical of Northern Europe, Juniper, more accustomed to Mediterranean climates, Lime from China, and Kaffir Lime (or Combava) from Thailand. The whole is enhanced with a hint of Asian green tea, which Anglo-Saxons call "Gunpowder". The use of old copper stills does the rest, to obtain a truly extraordinary beverage... Beautiful freshness on the palate, subtle notes of flowers and citrus, a Gin that truly stands out from the crowd!
