A word from the winemaker: This rosé is typical of the Vendômois region; its very pale color is partly due to the grape variety but also to direct pressing. Vendômois Gris is a dry, light, fruity rosé with some peppery and floral notes (white peach, peony, rose).
Food pairings: cold cuts, mixed salads, spicy dishes, walnut and apple cakes.
