A word from Cave de France: A unique and innovative whisky from the Glenmorangie distillery, renowned for its creativity and aging methods in Scotland. This is a luxury single malt, whose creation includes a blend of old and young whiskies aged in specially selected oak casks, some having aged for over 30 years. The Signet stands out for its use of a special roasted barley, called "chocolate malt", which contributes to its rich and intense flavors.

The Glenmorangie Signet presents a complex and smooth profile. On the nose, there are aromas of mocha coffee, dark chocolate, and candied fruits. On the palate, it is creamy and generous, with flavors of espresso coffee, caramel, sweet spices like cinnamon, as well as notes of vanilla and raisins. The finish is long and velvety, with lingering nuances of chocolate and spices, testifying to its careful aging.

It should be noted that this divine nectar is the work of Bill Lumsden, an iconic figure in the world of whisky. Lumsden is notably known as the director of distillation and whisky creation at Glenmorangie and Ardbeg, two prestigious houses belonging to the LVMH group. With a doctorate in biochemistry, he is also recognized for his expertise in chemistry applied to distillation and for his innovative spirit, which has allowed Glenmorangie and Ardbeg to push the traditional boundaries of Scotch whisky.

The Glenmorangie distillery, located in the Highlands, is renowned for its elegant and innovative whiskies.
