A light floral and woody touch enriches the nose.
On the palate, the texture is supple and elegant, with silky tannins and a balanced freshness, making it a wine that is both accessible and refined, perfect for accompanying a variety of white or red meat dishes, from roasted poultry to stews from Burgundian cuisine. Domaine Venot, located in Burgundy in the village of Moroges and its surroundings, is a family estate that cultivates approximately 14 hectares of vines in several communes of the Côte Chalonnaise, including Givry, Mercurey, and Saint-Denis-de-Vaux.
It emphasizes respect for the vine and traditional methods, particularly manual harvesting, to produce precise and expressive wines at a very good quality-price ratio. The estate's cuvées, including La Ridette, are appreciated for their typicality and their ability to reflect the subtleties of the Burgundian terroirs.
