Quality French non-alcoholic sparkling wine - 75cl X 6
Dealcoholized Chardonnay
Official non-alcoholic sparkling wine of Formula 1®
A word from Cave de France: 0.0% sparkling wine designed to offer an elegant and festive alternative to traditional champagnes or sparkling wines, while avoiding alcohol.
The idea behind this concept is to allow everyone – whether they wish to abstain from alcohol, are pregnant, or simply seeking sobriety – to remain in the spirit of sharing and celebration, without compromising on the refined dimension of a sparkling drink.
French Bloom’s approach aims to recreate the sensation of a "serious" sparkling wine, with aromatic finesse and structure, by using dealcoholized organic wines and natural ingredients, while respecting criteria such as the absence of added sulfites, preservatives, or added sugars.
Regarding the grape variety, French Bloom Le Blanc is made from dealcoholized organic French Chardonnay wines. It is therefore, in terms of raw material, a "blanc de blancs" — or at least a white wine made from white grape varieties — which influences the aromatic profile.
In terms of aroma and sensory experience, French Bloom Le Blanc opens with a fresh minerality accompanied by pear aromas. Then, fruity notes appear - Granny Smith apple, exotic/tropical fruits - accompanied by floral accords (white flowers), subtly spiced citrus, and a sparkling freshness. On the palate, one perceives a beautiful acidity, a light and airy texture, a clean, floral, and mineral finish, traits that aim to recall the spirit of a good sparkling wine, while remaining 0% alcohol.
Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, two long-time friends, are behind the idea of creating a house of non-alcoholic sparkling wines: it was in 2019 that they felt there was a lack of an elegant, refined, and festive alternative in the market for those who do not drink alcohol or simply want to moderate their consumption.
This duo was quickly joined by Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger — Maggie's husband and a professional in the world of champagnes and cognac — who provides the technical and oenological expertise necessary for the product's design.
