I was visiting the winemaker and friend Dominique Norguet, at \"the intelligent hour\" (aperitif time), to pick up some stock for the shop, when the winemaker offered me a rather chilled glass of this strange nectar, just to accompany a piece of hard cheese. I was indeed in a hurry, but I couldn't refuse the invitation (if only out of professional duty...) I was captivated by the elegance, finesse, roundness, and indefinable color of this wine. The Fié gris Cuvée Adèle thus naturally joined our selection.
