Franck Fohine, the son of Dzama's creator, supervises the production of the Cuvée Noire and Blanche. For this Cuvée Blanche, he ages the rum in whisky barrels before passing it through a charcoal filter. This process restores the rum's original color, while preserving the complex aromas obtained during aging.
