Sustainable agriculture
A word from Cave de France: Praised by wine critics, including La Revue des Vins de France, Figaro Vins, and Guide Hachette (to name but a few), Domaine Parigot cultivates around fifteen hectares of Pinot Noir a few kilometers north of Pommard, on exceptional terroirs.
A true archetype of its appellation, this great Burgundy wine offers exactly what one expects from a Hautes Côtes de Beaune: a beautiful, deep and brilliant "Cardinal's robe," an elegant and direct bouquet, a suave palate with floral notes and dominant cherry accents. The tannin is present but fine, and the length on the palate is impeccable.
To be enjoyed with a steak and shallots, a jugged hare, a calf's head with gribiche sauce, ideal with a varied cheese board...
2 - Burgundy Pinot Noir - Domaine Olivier Boussard - Les Vieilles Vignes
Burgundy Vieilles Vignes - 75cl
100% Pinot Noir
Domaine Olivier Boussard - Les Vieilles Vignes 2022
A word from Cave de France: Olivier Boussard's Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes cuvée seduces with its deep ruby color and fruity nose, where ripe black cherries hint at a subtle touch of spices. On the palate, it unfolds a generous structure, balanced by silky tannins thanks to partial barrel aging which adds complexity without altering the freshness of the fruit. Its tasting, at an ideal temperature of 13 to 14 °C, makes it an accessible and warm red, perfect as an aperitif or with white meat or cheese dishes, with a comfortable aging potential of 4 to 5 years.
