The molasses juice is aged for several years in oak barrels, local sugarcane (from Negros Island) is added before filtering. The result is this unique, smooth, consensual, and generous product, the essential bottle for wine merchants!
For a bit of history, "Don Papa" refers to Papa Isio, a hero of the Philippine Revolution in 1890. And it was a French adventurer, Yves-Leopold Germain, who had the idea of planting sugarcane in the Don Papa harvesting areas... in 1840!
