A word from the winemakers: An authentic and elegant cuvée. A blend of Merlot and Sciaccarellu (an island grape variety). The grapes are harvested exclusively at night to best protect them from oxidation. This wine has a brilliant pale pink color, a delicate and aromatic nose with notes of red fruits. The palate is fresh and thirst-quenching, with a very delicate finish.
Serve with Corsican charcuterie and grilled meats.
