Languedoc red - 75cl X 6
100% Pinot Noir
Domaine Le Bosc
A note from Cave de France: Owned by Domaines Robert Vic, part of "Les Cépages" collection, Le Bosc Pinot Noir boasts a clear ruby red color and offers a delicate nose with aromas of small red fruits: cherry and raspberry, accompanied by slightly spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it stands out for its supple and light structure, with soft tannins and a balanced acidity that brings freshness and an appealing taste. This easy-drinking red wine is suitable for an aperitif as well as accompanying white meats, vegetarian dishes, or soft cheeses, offering an elegant and convivial style.
A note from the Domaine: The Domaine du Bosc and its additional 90 hectares of vines complement the area cultivated by Preignes, in the same commune of Vias.
It is a wine-growing site with a rich history, dating back to 1806, managed by the Bésinet family since 1941, featuring a very atypical and extremely qualitative dominant volcanic terroir.
Covered by the sea a million years ago, the Earth's crust in this coastal area of Languedoc released gases and molten material.
Then came the explosion: the volcano's vent, far beneath the surface, was inundated by seawater which vaporized. A gigantic geyser, mixed with fragments of lava and a cloud of dust, was silently projected over a kilometer high, then fell back to the bottom of the sea.
This is the origin of the "Cinérides du Bosc," these unique lands that characterize these plots.
