Cave de France's note: Our friend Christophe Garnier, a distinguished oenologist and merchant, produces this superb cuvée on his small Domaine de La Croule, barely more than 3 hectares near Tours. With a deep color and an inviting nose, this Touraine wine has a beautiful structure, with crisp fruit and fine, supple tannins. La Croule will pair well with both red and white meats, cheeses, and charcuterie.
