Dom Pérignon is one of the most prestigious cuvées from the Champagne region, produced by the Moët & Chandon house. Contrary to popular belief, Dom Pérignon is not a classic estate with its own distinct vineyards, but a prestige cuvée produced only in the best years, from a rigorous selection of grapes from various exceptional terroirs of Champagne. Its name pays homage to the Benedictine monk Dom Pierre Pérignon, often associated with the history and refinement of Champagne wine.
This champagne is distinguished by a constant pursuit of harmony, balance, and complexity, with a long aging on lees that gives it depth and finesse.
