Irish Whiskey - 70cl 46.5°
Single Malt
Dingle Distillery
A word from Cave de France: Dingle Single Malt is a handcrafted Irish whiskey produced in the small independent Dingle Distillery, located in County Kerry. It is a triple-distilled single malt, as per Irish tradition, which gives it a great smoothness on the palate. Unlike other producers, the distillery makes its whiskey entirely on site, without using external spirits.
This whiskey is aged for several years, primarily in casks that previously held bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry. This combination of casks brings a beautiful balance of freshness, roundness, and aromatic richness. On the palate, there are fruity aromas such as pear, apple, and citrus, accompanied by notes of vanilla, honey, caramel, and sweet spices.
The nose is lively and elegant, with scents of yellow fruits, flowers, and a menthol touch. The texture on the palate is silky, with a long, slightly woody and warm finish, marked by a lovely persistence of spices and honey. It is a whiskey that is both modern and respectful of tradition, ideal for lovers of fine and expressive single malts.
