A note from Maison Delas: To the eye, the robe is straw gold with green reflections. On the nose, the bouquet expresses white flowers and yellow fruits, nuanced with exotic touches and citrus. On the palate, this "lively" wine seduces with its freshness and creaminess.
The Mediterranean climate is characterized by the Mistral wind. This violent wind, necessary and beneficial to the development of the vine, arises from the atmospheric pressure difference between the northern and southern regions. The highly marked seasonality of rainfall, warm temperatures, and exceptional sunshine also characterize the climate of this region.
