A word from Maison Delas: To the eye, the color is straw gold with green reflections. On the nose, the bouquet expresses itself with white flowers and yellow fruits, nuanced with some exotic and citrus touches. In the mouth, this "lively" wine seduces with its freshness and creaminess.
The Mediterranean climate is marked by the mistral. This violent wind, necessary and beneficial for the development of the vine, arises from the difference in atmospheric pressure between the northern and southern regions. The very marked seasonality of rainfall, warm temperatures, and exceptional sunshine also characterize the climate of this region.
