The Constellation was distilled in 1992, then aged for 10 years in Kentucky Bourbon casks, followed by another 9 years in Tawny Port casks. The process was entirely overseen by the great Master Distiller Richard Paterson, a true legend in the world of great Whisky.
Constellation 1992 is considered a masterpiece. A divine nectar that approaches perfection.
To quote the Importer's description: ''the second maturation imparts seductive notes of candied orange, dark chocolate, and plums to the whisky. This masterpiece is the only one in the Constellation collection to have finished its maturation in a Port cask.''
