Agricultural rum is a spirit made from the fermentation and distillation of pure sugarcane juice, also called "Vesou". Like English or Spanish-influenced regions, France mainly produces agricultural rums. Since 1996, Martinique has even benefited from the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée). This appellation reflects the typicality of Martinican agricultural rums, honoring a terroir as well as ancestral know-how perpetuated through generations. It is to this history that we wanted to pay tribute, by transforming an AOC Martinique rum with respect for this know-how. As prestigious in our eyes as in the eyes of the most avid enthusiasts, our rums are aimed at amateurs and connoisseurs looking for a rich and complex aroma, in a lightly sweetened product with careful packaging.
