Agricultural rum is a spirit made from the fermentation and distillation of pure sugarcane juice, also called "Vesou". Like regions of English or Spanish influence, France mainly produces agricultural rums.
Since 1996, Martinique has even benefited from the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée). This appellation reflects the typicality of Martinican agricultural rums, honoring a terroir as well as ancestral know-how perpetuated over generations. It is to this history that we wanted to pay homage, by transforming an AOC Martinique rum with respect for this know-how.
As prestigious, in our eyes as in those of the most avid amateurs, our rums are aimed at amateurs and enthusiasts looking for a rich and complex aromatic, in a low-sugar product, with neat packaging.
